Heather has been licensed since 1980 and began her real estate career with Rancho Santa Fe Properties, where she was awarded salesperson of the year in 1984.  In 1986 she again received top honors from Rancho Santa Fe Acreage and Homes before she joined her sister’s company, Rancho Santa Fe Realty, in 1989.  Now under the brokerage of Willis Allen Real Estate, Heather has been recognized as being in the top 1% nationally and received Society of Excellence Awards for 2002 and 2003.  She was an active member of Junior League 16 years, Children’s Home Society 14 years and is presently a member of Rancho Santa Fe Rotary and a two year Paul Harris Society Fellow.  Manion also is a member of the RSF Historical Society, RSF Garden Club, RSF Community Center and has served 8 years on the board of the RSF Tennis Club.

Raised in Rancho Santa Fe, Holly takes pride in her knowledge of the area as a youth, resident and top real estate broker specializing in the Covenant.  Holly has been licensed to sell real estate since 1977.  She started her full time real estate career in 1979 with Rancho Santa Fe Properties where she was consistently top producer.  In 1983 Holly founded Rancho Santa Fe Realty, a highly respected real estate boutique specializing in the personalized sale of properties in the Rancho Santa Fe area.

Holly’s philosophy in real estate is to provide a “world class service” to all her clients.  She believes it is important to be a specialist in one area so that the client is given complete and accurate information in which to base a decision.  Holly brings to the negotiation table expert knowledge and long time experience, which is recognized and respected by all parties involved in a transaction.

Actively involved in her beloved community, Holly has served as a director on the RSF Association Board and as co-chairman of the RSF Wireless Master Plan Committee.
